Ethos Talent is a Full-Service Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging firm advocating for underrepresented and underserved groups in organizations.
When they reached out to redesign + rebuild their website, it was clear a focus on accessibility would be important. So I redesigned their site using a refreshed, accessible color palette, ensured proper alt text and aria labels were in place, and focused on legibility and clean design.
Other goals of the project included making the site easier for their team to manage internally, so I rebuilt the site using Webflow.
